Bratislava 12.12.2019 – WOOD & Company and Immocap have formed a joint venture to develop the new Lakeside Park 2 office building near Kuchajda lake.
The new Lakeside Park 02 (LSP2) office project is directly connected to the successful Lakeside Park 01 at the intersection of Tomášiková and Vajnorská streets in Bratislava – Nové Mesto. Construction should start Q1 2020 with completion scheduled for Q2 2022.
Both companies will participate in project implementation, with Immocap ensuring overall development, including co-financing, project preparation, construction, and leasing. In addition to co-financing, WOOD & Co. will oversee on-site development and synergies with respect to neighbouring Lakeside Park 1 (LP1). Legal advice on the joint venture was provided by international law firm Kinstellar in cooperation with Bartošík Šváby.

Immocap and WOOD & Co. plan to incorporate the latest architectural and technological developments in Lakeside Park 02, including green building certification and energy efficiency. The comfort of tenants will also be prioritised both inside and out – with the provision of an attractive green park in front of the building.

There are also numerous shops and amenities in the newly-renovated VIVO shopping centre (formerly Polus City Center) and many gastronomic facilities at the popular Fresh Market farmers’ market.
