Lakeside Park 02

A successful project continues

The Lakeside Park 02 project envisages a leasable area of 14,372 m2 of office space. It is a direct continuation of the existing successful Lakeside Park 01 project. It is located at the intersection of Tomášikova and Vajnorská Streets in the Bratislava – Nové Mesto district. The attractiveness of the modern zone, the offered comfort and technological solutions were appreciated by many tenants. Even before its completion, Lakeside Park 02 was chosen by brands such as Plzeňský Prazdroj, Innovatrics, Zľava Dňa, Reming Consult, Etops, DaneTax, Malina, UP Slovensko and Adifex.

The building will have 13 office floors. Some of them also have access to a terrace or balcony. The area of a typical floor will be more than 1,200 m2. The ground floor will be reserved for shops. There will be 314 parking spaces on 4 underground floors and outside of the building. The building will be awarded with LEED GOLD green certification. The location guarantees excellent accessibility due to the proximity to the train station and tram and bus stops. The amenities are complemented by the popular Fresh Market gastro-hub with more than 40 shops and the nearby VIVO! Shopping, formerly known as Polus.
