“The goal of the competition was to identify the best design for a high-quality residential building and I am pleased that Superateli\u00e9r’s solution has far exceeded our expectations. The winner was selected by: the jury chairman \u013dubom\u00edr Z\u00e1vodn\u00fd and members I\u013eja Sko\u010dek, Jela Plencnerov\u00e1, Martin \u0160ramko, Martin \u0160migura, Jakub Goss\u00e1nyi and Richard Lel\u00e1k. The developer and the investor invited renowned studios to compete: A.M. Architects, Chybik+Kristof, Pantograph, Sadovsky & Architects, Siebert+Tala\u0161 and Superateli\u00e9r. In a challenging competition, Superateli\u00e9r triumphed by combining creativity with an overall understanding of the concept. “Our goal was to create urban living with a holiday-like atmosphere. We wanted each apartment to have a direct view of Kuchajda Lake, so we designed the building as a bay that will form an oasis for the residents. It provides them with a space for relaxation, isolates them from the hustle and bustle of the city, and at the same time gives space for community and good neighbourly relations,” explained Branislav Hus\u00e1rik from Superateli\u00e9r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For this well-established partnership, the latest project presents an exciting opportunity to further develop an area they know intimately. “Our collaboration with Immocap in the form of a joint venture has already proven to be an extremely successful synergy across several projects, and it is a pleasure to continue this well-established partnership.
