1. General provisions

3. Purpose, Legal Basis, Scope of Personal Data, and Retention Period
Current regulations allow us to process your personal data based on various legal grounds, including without requiring your consent. The type of personal data we process and the retention period depend on the specific purpose and nature of the processing activity.
A) Responding to inquiries – Contact Form
Purpose of Processing | Handling contact requests submitted via the web contact form and responding to the requester. |
Legal basis | Legitimate interest of our company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processing personal data is necessary to respond to your contact request and communicate with you. |

Data Retention | Data is stored for the duration of the contract and afterward for legal compliance and company interests. |
D) Audio-Visual Recordings
Purpose of Processing | Recording and publishing training sessions. |
Legal basis | Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). |
Data Scope | Voice and image as recorded. |
Data Retention | As specified in the consent. |
E) Legal Protection & Internal Records:
Purpose of Processing | Protecting and asserting legal claims, maintaining internal records, and evaluating the effectiveness of invested resources. |

4. Source of Personal Data and Necessity of Providing It
We primarily collect your personal data directly from you or from our subsidiaries, sister companies, or joint ventures where you have provided it. In some cases, we may supplement this information with data from public sources (e.g., business registers, land registries, official bulletins) or receive it from third parties (e.g., when a business partner shares employee or representative details before signing a contract).
Providing your personal data is voluntary before entering a contract. However, once negotiations begin and a contract is signed, legal regulations require the provision of your personal data. Without it, we cannot finalize the contract or fulfill related obligations.
5. Automated Processing and Profiling
Your data is not processed solely by automated means; our trained staff is always involved. We may use profiling only to offer personalized services and avoid sending you generic mass communications.

In such cases, we can continue processing your data only if we can demonstrate legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms. However, the right to access and transfer personal data only applies to the data we have obtained from you based on your consent or a contract in which you are a party.
