Together with the City of Bratislava, we have revitalised the Trnavské mýto underpass. Our developments are successful, as confirmed by projects such as Lakeside Park 02 and The Mill. We have several residential projects ahead of us, as well as a carbon-neutral headquarters for ZSE. Our flagship project at present is the new ISTROPOLIS, which, in addition to residential and office space, will also provide high-quality public spaces and a modern cultural and social centre. Over the next five years, we aim to deliver 200,000 m² of new workspaces and residential accommodation.
