We have created a space designed to boost productivity. The Lakeside Park 01 Business Centre has now expanded with the addition of Lakeside Park 02. Every detail of this attractive and modern workspace has been thoughtfully designed for comfort – from cutting-edge technology to eco-friendly solutions that promote a healthy work environment.

Among the achievements of the project is the leasing of the building during a challenging pandemic period as well as winning the prestigious CIJ Awards, where Lakeside Park 02 was recognized in the categories Best Office Development and Best New Office Tenant Lease Transaction. The building is an award-winning comfort zone for both work and relaxation.

Ever since the design stage, we have prioritized a balance between workplace comfort and eco-friendliness. Our goal was to create a space that maximizes productivity while minimizing its ecological footprint.

Team

Our team of specialists collaborated on the project, while the expertise of our general contractor, Takenaka, backed by over 400 years of experience in the construction industry, ensured the highest quality standards for the building.

We have established a new genius loci at the Kuchajda Lake through architecture in cooperation with the.team ABJ studio – all within our partnership with WOOD & Company.

Projects

Simply visiting or walking past the building promotes a healthy lifestyle – an idea carried through to the interior as well. Just take the specially marked stairs designed to encourage movement instead of using the lift.

Naturally, the building also offers cycling facilities, parking for shared bicycles and scooters, as well as charging stations for electric cars.

Sustainability

Comfort is further enhanced by energy-efficient heating, humidification, ventilation and cooling. As a LEED GOLD-certified building, environmentally friendly cleaning products are used and low-carbon vehicles have dedicated parking spaces in front of the building.

The adjacent park features rain gardens with a rainwater catchment system.

The building's achievements include winning the CIJ Awards 2022 in the categories Best Office Development and Best New Office Tenant Lease Transaction.

Care

At Lakeside Park 02, we went beyond just the workspace. A dedicated walkway connects the complex to the Bratislava – Nové Mesto railway station, bringing it even closer to the employees working in the building.
