We built an office complex with three interconnected blocks on Mlynské Nivy. In collaboration with the architectural studio Ateliér Ivan Kubík, we ensured the building combines efficiency and comfort. The result is an ideal workspace for employees, offering ample opportunities for relaxation. The architectural concept is both simple and impressive. The massive glazed façade stands out for its clean lines and purposeful design.

The building's surroundings, complemented by summer terraces of restaurants and cafés, give the public space a pleasant character. Employees can also hold meetings on the green roof terrace. All of this contributes to a welcoming environment for both Slovak and international companies who have found their home here.
