Construction of the 14,370 m2 of office space began in late February, and will provide modern, efficient and fully-functional spaces, complemented by contemporary technology and openable windows. Half of the building’s 12 office floors will have access to a terrace or balcony with inspiring views of the Small Carpathians and Kuchajda lake. Average floor space is over 1,200 m2. The ground floor will host six to eight commercial spaces with multiple gastronomic outlets that will complement services in Lakeside Park 1 and be interconnected via the entrance lobby. Tenants’ comfort will be guaranteed by quality interior furnishings and attractive public spaces, such as green park in front of the building.

Lakeside Park 2 will be directly connected to the successful Lakeside Park 01, which is located at the intersection of Tomášiková and Vajnorská streets in Bratislava – Nové Mesto. The buildings comprise over 40,000 m2 of leasable area. Lower floors between Lakeside Park 1 and Lakeside Park 2 will be interconnected to create over 3,000 m2 of usable office space, while tenants can also customize elevator lobbies and connect floors with internal stairways. Company branding can be displayed high on the building, with excellent visibility from busy traffic routes.
