The new owners of this hotel, which has operated on the Slovak market since 2013, are the private investors Rotana from Abu Dhabi. The investors have bought it with a yield of 7% from the Slovak development company Immocap Group, which built the hotel as part of the multifunctional Central project.

The administrative complex of buildings was sold by Immocap Group in 2013 to Tatra Asset Management, and subsequently the Central Shopping Center to Allianz Real Estate in 2016, in whose portfolio the hotel has remained until today. Immocap Group focuses on the development of commercial real estate, especially administrative projects in Bratislava. “Given the achieved yield, this transaction confirms the outlook for the hotel real estate market in Slovakia, as well as its growing attractiveness and importance in the Central Europe region. We are also handing over a well-run hotel and one of our most prestigious projects to experienced investors who will use their significant know-how for its further development,” explained Martin Šramko, CEO of Immocap Group. The hotel is operated by the German Lindner Hotels & Resorts, under whose auspices the operation will continue into the future.
