The Mill
A green project
With the green project The Mill, we are supplying new energy to the attractive area of Mlynské Nivy, which has become Bratislava’s new business boulevard. The Mill is inspired by the steam mill that used to stand near the current construction site. The modern office building with seventeen floors and a green roof will create space for the energetic plans of future tenants.

It will offer cycling facilities, cafés, a kindergarten, a square and a fitness zone in a new park. The building will be awarded with LEED Gold green building certification. The design of The Mill is a result of an international architecture competition won by the DKLN studio.
