Through the creation of a multifunctional complex, we have combined offices, a shopping centre and a hotel. Our design reflects well-crafted and functional architecture in the spirit of sustainability of the 21st century, as evidenced by the LEED Silver environmental certification. Central Shopping Centre has more than 150 retail outlets with a leasable area of 40,000 m² and one of the first green roofs in Bratislava.

We have transformed the original function into a relaxation and sports centre with a fitness and spa area and a 25-metre swimming pool. The shopping centre also houses the Lindner Hotel Gallery Central with conference facilities, as well as a modern office building that is home to Orange Slovensko. Our commitment to revitalize the Trnavské Mýto area continues with additional projects.
