Amid the trees on Jégého Street, our new vision of urban living is taking root. For the first time, we combine TABS, external shading, rooftop photovoltaics and heat pumps. This combination reduces energy costs by up to 50% compared to other new buildings.

Kvarter is the only new building on the market with a bright, art-filled atrium with lush greenery and a pavilion entrance to the apartments. With fewer floors, Kvarter fosters a stronger connection to the city and neighbours.

The roof terrace is designed to enhance greenery and community life. All of this comes together in a project where quality living meets design and energy efficiency.

Sustainability

We are taking the demands of sustainable living to a whole new level – by integrating thermal activation through the TABS system, external shading, photovoltaics and a heat pump.

The long-term effect is that energy costs are up to 50% lower than in other new buildings. Together with growing residents' plans, there will be trees and lush greenery growing on the roof and in the atrium.
