The Mill is a true example of elegance through simplicity. Its bright white façade, play of shadows, materials and surfaces make it stand out. The building has quickly earned titles like “the shining star” or “the North Star of Mlynské Nivy”. In addition to being appreciated by tenants and visitors, its qualities have been recognized by experts – winning the Best Office Development of the Year category at the prestigious CIJ Awards 2023 and receiving a nomination for the CE ZA AR 2024.

Our attention to detail extends to the interior as well. With offices on the ground floor and first floor of the building, we won the Office of the Year 2023. We have enhanced communal and outdoor spaces with modern art by Slovak artists and flourishing greenery. Thanks to these elements, The Mill has become a building you want to visit, or better yet, work in.

This is why we're leaders in creating quality workspaces. We have brought a project that combines iconic architecture with technological innovation to a prime business location in Bratislava. The result is an eco-friendly and inviting environment for work and leisure, covering an area of 25,700 m².

Team

We love making connections. We have brought together our 40 top professionals from various fields, partnering with architectural studios DKLN and ZEIT architects, as well as young Slovak artists Ašot Haas and Filip Šicko.

We are thrilled that the tenants have recognized the value of this partnership. They saw the potential of the building even before its completion, which is why it was fully leased before completion.

Projects

The building's tenants enjoy a spacious walking terrace with stunning views. We understand that a quality environment impacts productivity. That's why we’ve planted trees around the building – including a birch tree that once crowned the top of the structure as a topping out. We’ve created a landscaped public space with flourishing greenery, complemented by modern and functional art. Art is also present in the interior of the building.

Sustainability

We prioritized sustainability, starting with the construction itself. We used 44 tonnes of recycled aluminium, saving 277 tonnes of CO2 emissions. For the façade, we chose a more sustainable material with significant recycled content. The Mill offers energy-efficient spaces to work in. The building will be awarded the LEED GOLD certificate for its operation, while we are also greening the commute to work. We support sustainable mobility with comprehensive cycling facilities and shared bikes.

The Mill won the Best Office Development of the Year category at the prestigious CIJ Awards 2023. The building was also nominated for the CE ZA AR 2024, and our offices on the ground and first floors received the Office of the Year 2023 award.

Care

We view the urban space through the lens of urban planners, believing that one building should serve multiple users. The Mill serves not only us, the tenants, but also passers-by, offering inspiration through art and moments of relaxation among the planted meadow flowers and beneath the trees.
