That's why the project on Záhradnícka Street is defined by transformation. By revitalising a former office building, we are creating an inviting home in a prime location.

The quality of living is elevated by high ceilings reaching up to 3 metres, French windows and stylish balconies in every apartment. Comfort is further enhanced by a prime location, offering easy access to the city centre and a convenient "escape" from the hustle and bustle.

With the Záhradnícka project, we continue to create premium homes that offer exceptional spatial and sustainable solutions. By revitalizing a former office headquarters, we are not only protecting the environment but also helping you save on costs.

Team

The Záhradnícka project stands out through its blend of the old and the new. Our collaboration with Henkel, a tenant at The Mill, paved the way for the redevelopment of its former headquarters. In return, we invited Henkel to relocate to new office space. We are working with the renowned architectural studio DKLN to deliver a clean design for the refurbishment.

Projects

The project is designed with ample space, both in width and in height. This is reflected in the generous floor area of the apartments and the extra-high ceilings. A balcony or terrace in each apartment adds a nice bonus to the living experience.

Sustainability

We support sustainability by selecting sustainable materials from local suppliers and the very character of the project itself – the revitalization of a former office building.
