BRATISLAVA – The Millhaus residential project, through which developer Immocap and investment group WOOD & Company entered the residential market, has reached another significant milestone. The project, which brings quality housing directly to the Mlynské Nivy boulevard, is already under construction and has now secured financing through a loan from VÚB Bank. This achievement demonstrates that the developer has met strict criteria related to construction and sale of apartments, ensuring the project can continue with the support of bank financing.

Millhaus is a joint project of developer Immocap and investment group WOOD & Company. The two companies have previously collaborated on the construction of the Lakeside Park 02 office building near Kuchajda Lake. “We are pleased that our vision of urban living resonates with both customers and financing partners. Millhaus will feature 151 residential and accommodation units across 19 floors, complemented by retail space on the ground floor. Residents will have access to nearly 140 parking spaces across two underground levels. The development will also include relaxation areas in a semi-open courtyard and a children’s playground. Millhaus will stand out in terms of design – the architecture by Siebert + Talaš aligns with the surrounding buildings, while sensitively complementing the character of Mlynské Nivy. The building’s modern, distinctive, yet calm character clearly signals its residential function and creates a pleasant living environment.
